Healing our energies isn’t about magically things to appear or disappear from our lives. It is about owning the responsibility to allow self to release all that is no longer working and all that has been holding us back. Doing so creates a sacred space within as well as in our environment to move towards manifesting our deepest intentions and finding the true essence of our whole beautiful being. It is taking a responsible journey within to make our outer path more enjoyable and worthwhile. It is to be aware, and to awaken the magic we all hold within ourselves.
As an empath, a clairvoyant and a soul friend, my offerings for energy work sessions are a blend of stepping into your energy field with your permission, spiritual counseling and guiding, followed by sacred ancient healings practices.
I hold a very sacred space during these sessions for you to release, explore and embrace your own unique energies. Together we work towards aligning with your deepest desires and soulful dreams.

As a Reiki master healer and Kundalini Reiki master teacher for over a decade now, I encourage all those who work with me to build a deep awareness of their subtle energy body. And with the support of the widest range of ancient healing practices, I guide as a channel to identify the energy blockages and release all that is no longer serving one’s higher purposes and tap into the hidden reserves of vitality one holds within.

I offer energy work sessions at my home studio in Nutley, NJ, at clients’ locations locally (throughout NYC and New Jersey), and online. I offer a wide range of services, including energy readings, Reiki healing, breath work, chakras balancing, crystal healing, and more.
I am happy to connect to offer whichever service best suits a client’s individual preferences and wellness goals. Optionally, a session can be tailored to include several practices together for the most powerful benefits.
