During each session (60 - 120 mins) we will dive deep into the core of your being, addressing limiting beliefs, personal lies, and processing traumatic experiences+emotions that have been holding you back from living your most authentic and abundant self. Together, we will explore the depths of your soul's desires, uncovering and releasing limiting beliefs hindering your growth and holding you back from living your most abundant and authentic life. Through self-reflection exercises, personalized guided meditations, and the power of breathwork, I will support you to connect with your inner resources and unleash your true potential. During these one-on-one sessions, We will work around a specific area of your life or a general energy reading to understand your inner landscapes that are reflecting on your current outer landscapes. • 90-minute 1:1 session • Discover and create a clear and lucid goal. • Discover limiting beliefs that’s holding them back from reaching their goal/heart desire. • Design action steps and accelerators to create positive momentum forward. • Receive personalized visualization and imagery for profound shifts • Receive personalized positive affirmations for profound shifts • Receive personalized audio recording to continue cultivating the positive shifts and feelings • Includes personalized breathwork and guided meditation to raise your vibrations and stay in the frequencies of alignment, empowerment, and fulfilment. I hold very sacred space during these sessions for you to release, explore, and embrace your own unique energies and deepen a conscious connection with your own authentic soul-self.
