Neeta is a certified mindfulness teacher in MBSR by Brown University, a Yoga Alliance certified yoga and meditation teacher (ERYT 500 + YACEP), a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified NLP Practitioner. With over two decades of experience in corporate Human Resources and a deep understanding of the demanding corporate lifestyle, she is passionate about bringing mindfulness practices to the workplace.
