I am a certified mindfulness teacher in MBSR by Brown University, a Yoga Alliance certified yoga and meditation teacher (RYT 500 + YACEP), a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Certified NLP Practitioner. With over a decade of experience in corporate Human Resources and a deep understanding of the demanding corporate lifestyle, I am passionate about bringing mindfulness practices to the workplace.
