We understand that life can change. Therefore, Ruh Cara will always work with you on rescheduling to another suitable time. However, we do ask that the client provides a minimum 48hrs notice period for any cancellations, failure to do this will result in incurring fees. 

 

Cancellation Fees:

• 48 hr plus notice provided: Option to reschedule or obtain a full refund 

• Within 48 hrs notice: Option to reschedule. If the Client wishes not to pursue with any coaching services then a refund will be provided minus any services which have been provided, plus the administration fee.  

• No notice provided (No show): No refund provided. The appointment must be paid for. No rescheduling option.
